Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across various departments.
Translate business needs into comprehensive functional and non-functional specifications, such as Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), or Product Requirements Documents (PRD).
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers to define user stories, product features, and enhancements.
Evaluate existing business processes to identify opportunities for optimization, automation, or reengineering.
Support the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process by preparing test scenarios, coordinating testing activities, and assisting users in validating results.
Communicate project progress, risks, and updates effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ensure that proposed technical solutions align with business objectives and user needs.
Job Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
2–3 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a technology-driven environment such as SaaS, fintech, or digital product companies.
Hands-on experience with API testing and documentation tools such as Postman, Swagger, or Stoplight.
Demonstrated ability to gather and define business requirements, manage scope, and contribute to Agile/Scrum workflows.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Lucidchart, SQL, ERP or business intelligence (BI) platforms is a plus.
