Role Purpose
This role will be responsible to act as a frontline resource for all IT-related issues, providing comprehensive support across hardware, software, and network domains. This role is critical in diagnosing problems, implementing solutions, and offering guidance to minimize disruptions and maximize the productivity of all employees.

Responsibilities
  • Provide first-line and second-line technical support to end-users via phone, email, chat, and in-person,
         addressing a wide range of IT-related issues.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity problems (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi) and assist with basic network configurations.
  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (e.g., Windows, macOS) and various software applications
  • Assist users with account management, password resets, and access permissions
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including system updates, patches, and security checks
  • Assist with the deployment and setup of new IT equipment and software
  • Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets and software licenses
  • Document IT procedures, solutions, and user guides
Qualifications
  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
  • Have at least 3 years of working experience as IT Support in related industry
  • Certification in Microsoft, Linux, or Cisco is advantageous
  • Prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role
  • Proficiency in Windows/Linux/Mac OS
  •  Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software
  • Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good written and verbal in Bahasa & English
