Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough research to gather detailed information on potential borrowers.
  • Proactively reach out to potential borrowers via multiple channels, including CRM, social media, and other platforms.
  • Perform telesales activities to introduce and promote loan products to potential borrowers, building interest and securing applications.
  • Follow up on client leads generated from the internal sales portal to convert them into qualified opportunities.
  • Regularly report outreach activities, client pipeline status, and progress updates to the team to ensure alignment and transparency.

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, telesales, or sales within the lending or financial services sector.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, especially over the phone.
  • Understanding of credit processes, financial products, and basic financial analysis.
  • Proactive, target-driven, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
