Role Purpose:

Responsible for the business unit's overall strategic direction, growth, and management. You will work closely with the management team and C-Level to ensure alignment across all business functions, including product development, sales, marketing, finance, and customer success.You will also be the face of the company for your respective business unit, guiding the company through rapid scaling while maintaining a culture of innovation and operational excellences

Your role will be covering: 

Strategic Leadership
Define and execute the Business Unit's vision, mission, and long-term growth strategies. Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and potential partnership and acquisitions activities 

Revenue Growth & Profitability
Drive customer acquisition and retention strategies, with a focus on sustainable revenue growth and profitability. Oversee sales and marketing efforts to ensure they align with business objectives

Operational Excellence
Drive operational improvements and scalability. Ensure that processes and systems are in place to support rapid growth while maintaining product and service quality.

Product & Technology Leadership
Ensure  and coordinate the continuous improvement and innovation of the product. Collaborate with the technology team  and product teams to deliver a world-class software platform that meets customer needs and remains competitive in the market for the respective business unit you lead

Team Leadership & Culture
Build and lead a high-performing team structure.  Promote a culture of transparency, collaboration, and accountability. Ensure alignment between teams, fostering a positive work environment that attracts and retains top talents

Customer Success & Retention
Oversee and coordinate with Commercial leadership to make sure customer success initiatives to ensure clients derive maximum value from the platform, driving long-term loyalty and reducing churn

Financial Management
Work closely with the Finance Accounting Director  to ensure the financial health of the business unit as well oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Manage the cost investment and ensure proper capital allocation.

Stakeholder Management
Represent the business unit to the company's management, shareholders, and (if needed) investors. Act as the primary spokesperson in industry / product / business related forums, public relations events, and key client meetings.

Ideally, you are:

Someone that strongly have working background in Financing Industry (Banks, P2P, Multi Finance company) or relevant experience
Someone who works in either Product, Technology or Commercial teams in such industries above
Someone with proven experience as a Business Unit Head / Director or General Manager of a specific business unit , or other senior management /  leadership role within a SaaS company or software business

Bachelor Degree or above in Marketing, Business, or related education major from well-reputable university (MBA is a plus)
Posses strong understanding of SaaS business models, metrics, and go-to-market strategies
Possess proven track record of scaling businesses, raising capital, and managing investment  
Demonstrated success in leading product-driven organizations with a focus on technology and customer satisfaction
Able to showcase strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
Performing excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
Possess experience in navigating competitive landscapes and evolving technology ecosystems
