We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Production Support Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability and reliability of our production services and acting as the first point of contact for issue investigation and resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor production systems regularly and respond to alerts triggered by the monitoring tools.
Provide timely status updates and incident reports in the event of service disruptions.
Handle and resolve daily support issues raised by customers or internal teams.
Perform initial debugging and analysis of microservice-based applications to identify root causes and propose temporary workarounds.
Escalate issues to the appropriate teams when needed and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner.
Document incidents, problems, and resolutions in the issue tracking system.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Production Support or related IT roles.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
