Role Purpose
The Finance Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily financial operations of the organization, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, managing financial systems, and optimizing processes for efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial operations policies and procedures to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Oversee daily operational activities to ensure high performance and compliance
- Prepare and present operational performance reports to senior management
- Monitor and manage transactional processes for accuracy and efficiency
- Collaborate with product management teams to support product launches and enhancement
- Lead cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues
- Manage relationships with financial institutions and key partners (Banks, Payment Gateway, etc.)
- Analyze operational metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Support implementation of new technology solutions and upgrades automation process
- Coordinate with compliance teams to adhere to regulatory requirements
- Participate in strategic planning to align operational capabilities with business goals
- Conduct root cause analysis of operational disruptions and implement corrective actions
- Ensure data integrity and security in all operational activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in financial operations, accounting, or a similar role
- Working experience in IT / SaaS industry related will be an added advantage
- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, reporting standards, and tax laws
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skill
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and negotiation skills
