Job Description:
Research Planning & Execution
- Design and conduct qualitative and quantitative research, including usability testing, user interviews, surveys, and other feedback-gathering methods.
- Translate product and business questions into clear research objectives and actionable plans.
- Prepare research materials such as interview guides, usability test protocols, and survey forms using tools like Google Forms, Typeform, etc.
Insight Synthesis & Collaboration
- Synthesize research findings into actionable insights, reports, user journey maps, personas, and design recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure research insights are integrated into the product development lifecycle.
- Present findings to stakeholders and contribute to sprint planning, design critiques, and product ideation sessions.
Market & Competitive Research (Light)
- Conduct benchmarking of competitor UX patterns, workflows, and feature implementations.
- Explore industry trends, regulations, and user pain points—particularly in the tax and finance software domain.
Job Qualification:
- 1–3 years of experience in UX, Product, or Consumer Research, preferably within SaaS, B2B, or tech-enabled environments.
- Proficient in qualitative research methodologies such as user interviews, usability testing, contextual inquiry, and affinity mapping.
- Comfortable conducting basic quantitative analysis using survey data, funnel metrics, and behavioral product data.
- Hands-on experience with one or two of these tools: Google Forms/Typeform, OpenReplay, Metabase, and Google Analytics
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, with the ability to present research insights in a compelling narrative.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Experience working on B2B or financial products such as invoicing, virtual account (VA) payments, reconciliation, or tax workflows will be a plus.
